The Brewers will not tender Manny Parra a contract.
Parra struck out 61 over 58 2/3 innings in 2012, but he also posted a 5.06 ERA, is due a raise from this past season's $1.2 salary and will always be a heath risk. That said, he's a lefty with pretty good stuff, so he won't have trouble landing on his feet somewhere.

Thu Nov 29 201216:30Parra could be non-tendered by Brewers
Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel writes that left-hander Manny Parra is the Brewers' top candidate to be non-tendered by Friday's deadline.
That means John Axford, Marco Estrada, Chris Narveson and Carlos Gomez will all likely be tendered contracts.
