Luis Perez will start Sunday against the Athletics in place of the recently demoted Brad Mills.
Perez has made 29 appearances for the Blue Jays this season -- all out of the bullpen -- but he has extensive starting experience in the minors, having started 93 games since converting from the outfield in 2007. He shouldn't be considered for fantasy purposes.
