Moore made his major league debut with the Cubs in 2006 after coming over from the Tigers in the Kyle Farnsworth trade. Now 27 years old, Moore batted .209/.274/.337 with three home runs and 10 RBI over 96 plate appearances with the Orioles this past season. According to Jeff Zrebiec of the Baltimore Sun, infielder Scott Moore has agreed to a minor league deal with the Cubs. | ||||||
Moore, who turns 27 on Wednesday, made his major league debut with the Cubs in 2006 before being flipped to the Orioles in the Steve Trachsel trade in 2007. He batted .280/.345/.476 with 11 homers and 45 RBI in 225 at-bats with Triple-A Norfolk this past season while playing all around the infield. | ||||||
