According to Bob Elliott of the Toronto Sun, the Phillies have signed infielder Pete Orr.

We suspect it is a minor league contract. Orr, 31, batted .264/.326/.436 with 12 homers and 45 RBI with Triple-A Syracuse in the Nats' organization this past season.
