Lee (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bucs, the Florida Times Union reports.

Lee -- who was injured in Week 3 and hasn't practiced since -- will miss his second straight game and third overall this season. Allen Hurns and Allen Robinson will thus continue to head the Jaguars' wideout corps in Week 5.
