Ellis, who was selected in the fourth round of the 2014 draft by Oakland, impressed the team as a rookie and stole snaps from veteran Pat Sims all season long. Sims is no longer a part of the squad and Ellis is in line to become a clear-cut starter alongside fellow defensive tackle Dan Williams in the Raiders' base defense. At 6-foot-2 and 335 pounds, Ellis will provide a great deal of help against the run. After compiling just 21 tackles in 16 games last season, Ellis' fantasy value is restricted to deeper formats. |
