Bills fifth-round OG Cyril Richardson has struggled during OTAs.

The Bills have been giving Mark Asper and Chris Hairston first-team reps at left guard with Chris Williams sidelined, which isn't a good sign for Richardson's chances of getting on the field this season. Richardson was a four-year starter at Baylor, but could need time before he's ready to contribute. Richardson should be able to overtake Asper for the backup job as he becomes more acclimated in the Bills' protection schemes.
