Maehl was released by the Eagles on Saturday.

The 26-year-old Maehl, a former undrafted free agent, has just nine catches for 113 yards in 27 career games. If he draws any interest, it will likely be for a role on special teams.

Still, Maehl is way behind all of Jeremy Maclin, Riley Cooper and Jordan Matthews. When Josh Huff (shoulder) returns to the field, Maehl might not see a single snap at wideout beyond that.
