Parnell has agreed to a five-year contract with the Jaguars, ESPN.com reports.
Parnell joins the Jaguars after starting seven total games at right tackle for the Cowboys last season. The former undrafted rookie impressed during those appearances and will now be handsomely paid to start along a Jaguars' offensive line that was horrendous last season.

Parnell will take over as the starting right tackle while Doug Free (foot) is sidelined.
He's been in the Cowboys' system for a few years now so it should be a fairly seamless transition. If Parnell plays well in Free's absence, he could put himself in position to win the job on a full-time basis in 2015, as Free will be a free agent.
Sat May 11 201314:17Jerry Jones: Parnell ready to take next step
Cowboys owner/GM Jerry Jones says OT Jermey Parnell is ready to "take the next step" if Doug Free refuses a pay cut and is released.
"I think he is getting better," Jones said. "I think his arrow so to speak is going up. I feel good about where he is." Parnell started one game last season at right tackle, but he and Free rotated snaps for the final five weeks. It might not be a given that the Cowboys sign a veteran free agent like RT Eric Winston if Free ends up getting the ax, especially if they continue to wait for Free to budge.

Cowboys re-signed OT Jermey Parnell to a three-year contract.
The deal includes a $1 million signing bonus. An undrafted free agent in 2009, Parnell bounced around practice squads before finally appearing in his first six career games for the Cowboys last season. He'll have an inside track on a roster spot, and should compete to be the Cowboys' third tackle in training camp.

Dolphins waived OT Jeremy Parnell.
Parnell was waived to make room on the 53-man roster for OT Patrick Brown, who the team claimed off waivers from the Jets earlier this week. Parnell, a four year player on the basketball team at Ole Miss, started 2009 as a defensive end on the Saints' practice squad, moved to tight end, and ultimately landed at offensive tackle before being placed on waivers in September.

Dolphins claimed OT Jermey Parnell off waivers from the Saints.
Parnell is a developmental project who's too light in the pants at this point to block an NFL defensive end. Ex-OL coach Tony Sparano will give him a look.
