Harvin (hip) had three catches on eight targets for 26 yards Sunday against the Giants.
Quarterback Tyrod Taylor threw 42 passes and only Charles Clay (13) had more targets than Harvin, but the wideout simply couldn't haul in enough to make a fantasy impact. He failed to get a rushing attempt for the first time this season, though he'd only gotten four in the first three games combined. Harvin has now gone three straight games without a touchdown and failed to reach the 70-yard mark, as Taylor continues to spread around the targets to a number of options. He'll look to bounce back in Week 5 against the Titans, who are coming off their bye.

Harvin (hip) is active for Sunday's game against the Giants.
Harvin was a full participant in practice both Thursday and Friday after sitting out Wednesday due to a hip injury. Now ready to go, Harvin should serve as one of the top pass-catching options in the Buffalo offense, as both Sammy Watkins (calf) and Marquise Goodwin (ribs) have been ruled out. The 27-year-old Harvin has seen at least five targets and one rushing attempt in each game this season, and that volume should only increase Sunday due to the surrounding injury situations.

Harvin (hip) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.
Harvin is out there, as expected, and after having recorded nine catches (on 10 targets) for 126 yards and one touchdown through two games, he's provided a degree of fantasy utility to date, especially in PPR formats.

Harvin (hip) is listed as probable to play in Sunday's game against the Dolphins, The Buffalo News reports.
Harvin has routinely sat out Wednesday practices before returning for both Thursday and Friday sessions so far this season, and with that being the case again this week, it seems Harvin is a solid bet to play Sunday. Should he indeed suit up, Harvin will aim add to his current figures of nine catches (on 10 targets) for 126 yards and one touchdown.
Thu Sep 24 201515:06Harvin (hip) practiced fully on Thursday
Harvin (hip) practiced fully on Thursday.
Though the Bills list Harvin's Wednesday DNP's as related to a hip issue, this marks three weeks in a row that he has returned to a full practice session Thursday, indicating that his Wednesday absences are maintenance/rest-related.
Wed Sep 23 201512:24As he last week
As he was last week, Harvin (hip) will be rested during practice Wednesday, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
As was the case in Week 2, we'd expect Harvin to practice fully Thursday and be listed Friday as probable for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

Harvin (hip) had four catches on five targets for 47 yards, while adding seven rushing yards on one carry Sunday against the Patriots.
The Bills struggled for the most part Sunday, though a furious fourth-quarter comeback ultimately brought them within eight. Quarterback Tyrod Taylor threw three touchdowns, though none went to Harvin, who scored on Taylor's only passing TD in Week 1. Harvin remains a solid weapon when he's healthy, and he'll look to get back in the end zone in Week 3 at Miami.

Harvin (hip) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Patriots.
In his debut with the Bills in Week 1, Harvin caught all of his team-high five targets for 79 yards and a TD, numbers that suggest that he could enjoy some fantasy relevance this season, even within the context of what promises to be a run-heavy attack for Buffalo.

Harvin (hip) practiced fully on Friday and is probable for Sunday's game against the Patriots.
In his debut with the Bills last weekend, Harvin caught all of his team-high five targets for 79 yards and a TD, the sort of output that makes him of some fantasy relevance, even within the context of what promises to be a run-heavy attack in Buffalo this season.

Harvin (hip) practiced fully on Thursday.
Harvin, who caught all of his team-high five targets for 79 yards and a TD in Week 1, is thus trending toward a probable designation for Sunday's game against the Patriots.
Thu Sep 17 201511:46Harvin (hip) practiced Thursday
Harvin (hip) practiced Thursday, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
We'll have to see if the Bills list Harvin as a full or limited participant Thursday, but his return to practice, in any capacity, bodes well for his Week 2 status.
Wed Sep 16 201516:49Harvin (hip) did not practice Wednesday
Harvin (hip) did not practice Wednesday.
Harvin was rested last Wednesday, so as long as he returns to the field Thursday, we'd expect him to be fine for Sunday's game against the Patriots. In his debut with the Bills in Week 1, Harvin caught all of his team-high five targets for 79 yards and a TD.
Tue Sep 15 201518:31Harvin caught five balls for 79 yards in Sunday's win over Colts
Harvin caught five balls for 79 yards in Sunday's win over the Colts, including a 51-yard score. He caught all five of his targets, while rushing one time for nine yards. Harvin saw the field for 37 of 59 offensive plays, The Buffalo News reports.
Harvin received nine more offensive plays than Robert Woods, a development worth tracking since they've been pretty much listed as co-starters for weeks. Harvin has more big-play potential than Woods, but Woods has better hands and is a better possession receiver. We'll see if the Bills continue this for more than one week. We'll also note Harvin did not return a punt or a kickoff.
Sun Sep 13 201511:52Harvin (hip) listed as active for Sunday's game against Colts
Harvin (hip) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Colts.
As much upside as Harvin has if he can stay healthy and things click for him in Buffalo, he remains a speculative play for now, with fellow wideouts Sammy Watkins and Robert Woods also in the mix for targets and the Bills opening the season with a new starting QB in Tyrod Taylor.

Harvin (hip) is listed as probable for this week's game against the Colts.
This was pretty much always in the cards as the Bills didn't take any chances with their speed guy during the preseason. In fact, Harvin's first snap Sunday will be his first with the team in game action. Obviously Sammy Watkins is the receiver to own in the Buffalo offense, but there's probably room for one more receiving threat from a fantasy perspective. We like Robert Woods a little better right now, though Harvin has more upside if the chips all fall a certain way.

Coach Rex Ryan expects Harvin (hip) to be a full-go Sunday against the Colts.
Harvin, who was held out of Wednesday's practice in what was portrayed as a rest day, practiced fully Thursday and indicated afterward that he felt good. Though he appears on track to suit up in Week 1, Harvin remains a speculative play out of the gate, with fellow wideouts Sammy Watkins and Robert Woods also in the mix for targets and the Bills opening the season with a new starting QB in Tyrod Taylor.
Thu Sep 10 201511:38Harvin (hip) back at practice Thursday
Harvin (hip) is back at practice Thursday, Tyler Dunne of The Buffalo News reports.
Harvin said that Wednesday's absence was more of a rest day as he gets his troubled hip ready for the regular season, but it would give owners much more confidence if he's able to practice Thursday and Friday, especially after the veteran didn't play a snap in the preseason. It seems like Harvin and Robert Woods are jockeying for position in the pecking order after budding star Sammy Watkins.
Wed Sep 9 201514:18Harvin (hip) says absence from Wednesday's practice rest day
Harvin (hip) says his absence from Wednesday's practice was a rest day, Joe Buscaglia of WKBW in Buffalo reports.
Thursday's practice will be more telling, but Harvin has had hip issues for much of his career so it wouldn't surprise us if he gets this rest days from time to time. We'd be pretty shocked if he doesn't play in the opener, where the bigger issue seems to be whether he sees more plays than fellow wideout Robert Woods.
Wed Sep 9 201512:13Harvin (hip) not participant during opening portion of Wednesday...
Harvin (hip) was not a participant during the opening portion of Wednesday's practice, Mike Rodak of ESPN reports.
Harvin's status in the coming days will thus be worth tracking in advance of Sunday's game against the Colts. Per the Bills' posted depth chart, Harvin is listed as a starting wideout for the team opposite Sammy Watkins.

Harvin (hip) and Robert Woods (hip) are listed as co-starters on the Bills' initial regular-season depth chart, ESPN's Mike Rodak reports.
With both Harvin and Woods on track to play in Week 1 against the Colts, it's hard to rely on either player for more than a handful of targets. The playing-time split should be a bit more clear after the opener, but it won't be surprising if they play approximately the same number of snaps. Given that the Bills desire a run-heavy offense, this isn't a particularly appealing situation.
