Caboclo started at small forward on Wednesday, missing all four of his shots (including two three-point attempts) in 13 minutes while adding three rebounds and a steal.
DeMar DeRozan was getting the night off, so Raptors coach Dwane Casey used the opportunity to get the rookie some action in the starting lineup. Caboclo's fantasy value is just about nil this season, and even in dynasty leagues it could be a long wait before he starts providing some return on any investment you make in Caboclo right now.

Caboclo saw his first NBA action during Tuesday's preseason game, playing 15 minutes off the bench and scoring six points by draining two three-pointers, his only shot attempts on the night.
He also chipped in a couple of rebounds and survived a scary fall after a collision with Omri Casspi as the two fought for a rebound. The 19-year-old first round pick will mostly stayed glued to the bench this season as he acclimates to North America and the speed of the NBA game, but Caboclo's eventual ceiling remains sky-high once his skills catch up to his athleticism.
Tue Sep 30 201413:44Caboclo (calf) practiced in full Tuesday
Caboclo (calf) practiced in full Tuesday, TSN's Josh Lewenberg reports.
Caboclo was expected to be limited at the start of camp with a pulled calf muscle but felt well enough Tuesday to take the court. He'll continue to be monitored on a day-to-day basis, but the injury looks like a non-issue at this point.

Caboclo (calf) will be limited to begin training camp, Josh Lewenberg of TSN reports.
The rookie pulled a calf muscle recently and will be limited as camp begins. The injury is not expected to hamper him in the long-term, however.

Caboclo is expected to get a heavy workload during the Raptors' preseason schedule as he heads into his rookie season, the Toronto Star reports.
Minutes will be hard to come by for the Brazilian phenom once the games start to count, so the Raptors' front office wants Caboclo to see as much action as he can handle in the preseason. In the short term Caboclo's fantasy value will be close to nil, but the sooner he can fill out his six-foot-nine frame and start to hone his skills, the quicker he'll be able to make a real contribution for the Raps.
Sat Jul 12 201422:04Bruno Caboclo cools off, still looks good
Bruno Caboclo had 11 points, three rebounds, one assist, one steal and one 3-pointer in 32 minutes on Saturday.
The Raptors set him up on the wing, in the corner and in the low post in today's game. General manager Masai Ujuri was in attendance for today's game and seems fixated on his rookie, so we'll see what they have in store for him in the preseason.

Fri Jul 11 201420:07Bruno Caboclo says hello, scores 12 points
Bruno Caboclo showed why the Raptors selected him 20th in the 2014 NBA Draft with a 12-point game on Friday, adding two boards and two 3-pointers on 5-of-7 shooting.
General manager Masai Ujiri, who was in attendance, fell in love with Caboclo and it was easy to see why. He has a freakish wingspan and some serious athleticism. The Brazilian is still a ways from being a regular contributor, but the upside is there.

Wed Jul 9 201419:24Raptors sign rookie Bruno Caboclo
Raptors sign F Bruno Caboclo.
He's one of a handful of players who will go by his first name, but hasn't proven anything yet. Caboclo will play in summer league and will be one of the more interesting players to watch in Vegas.

Sun Jun 29 201412:26Ujiri confirms Bruno Caboclo to be on roster
Raptors GM Masai Ujiri confirmed that Bruno Caboclo will be on the teams roster next season.
Caboclo will join the Raptors' Summer League team in Las Vegas, and he will spend some time in the D-League once the season is underway. "He's going to have a grueling summer," Ujiri said. "He'll go back maybe to Brazil for a couple weeks break in August sometime, but the summer is going to be, he's going to start learning." Toronto views Caboclo as a project, and he's not likely to have any fantasy impact on the 2014-15 season.

Sat Jun 28 201411:41Bruno headed to Las Vegas Summer League
General manager Masai Ujiri confirmed Bruno Caboclo will join the Raptors for Las Vegas Summer League.
He'll join Dante Exum as two of the most studied players in Las Vegas due to the dearth of information on them. He has some skill and has crazy length, but is obviously going to be a project. Caboclo is unlikely to be a factor in fantasy leagues during his rookie season. His first Vegas game will come against the Lakers at 3 PM PDT.

Fri Jun 27 201412:28Masai Ujiri promised to take Bruno Caboclo?
General manager Masai Ujiri promised Bruno Caboclo that the Raptors would take him.
Caboclo was the "who the heck is that?" pick of the first round for just about any fan, but the 6'9", 200-pound impressed coach Dwane Casey on a scouting trip to Houston earlier this year. Ujiri also saw Caboclo three times leading up the the draft and really liked him, but they were probably expecting to take him at 37. Interestingly, the selection of Tyler Ennis at 18 may have factored into this pick for the Raptors. "We decided we lost one," Ujiri said. "We're not going to lose the second one. We jumped on it." Caboclo can be ignored in standard fantasy leagues.
