Dexter Pittman has agreed to to play for Atenas de Cordoba in Argentina.
Pittman was asked by a fan if he was going to play for the club, and Pittman confirmed that was indeed the plan. He tweeted almost two months ago that he was considering the possibility of going overseas, and now he'll do exactly that. He'll have to have an out clause in his overseas deal as he's still under contract with Miami.

Dexter Pittman has used the lockout to concentrate on improving his body at the advice of LeBron James.
James told Pittman to stay and shape and "be ready," and added that Pittman was going to to be a "big part" of what Miami does in the future. The Heat would really get a boost if Pittman does prove capable of contributing, and it's worth noting his renewed commitment considering the absence of an offensive threat in the middle for the Heat. He's a name to monitor for owners into the future.
