The Brewers announced Wednesday that Amaury Rivas underwent surgery to remove a bone spur from his right elbow. | ||||||
He will soon begin a rehab program, so it sounds like he should be on track to be ready for spring training. Rivas, 25, had a 4.72 ERA over 28 starts with Triple-A Nashville this season, averaging 6.5 K/9 and 4.8 BB/9. He has backend starter upside. | ||||||
