Rodgers (calf) completed 24-of-35 passes for 316 yards with three touchdowns in Sunday's 26-21 playoff win over the Cowboys.
Rodgers, who fumbled twice in the game, losing one, was clearly hampered by his calf injury, but despite the fact that his mobility was hampered and tha a number of his throws were off on Sunday, he was able to do enough to help the Packers advance to next week's NFC Championship game. Rodgers figures to be limited at practice this coming week, but there is little doubt that he will continue to tough things out next weekend against a very rugged Seattle defense.

Rodgers (calf) is listed as active for Sunday's playoff game against the Cowboys, the Packers' official site reports.
Rodgers is out there, as expected, but it remains to be seen how much his left calf ailment affects his mobility. In any case, he'll play through the issue Sunday, with ESPN's Rob Demovsky having suggested a possible scenario in which Rodgers sees plenty of snaps in the shotgun formation in order to limit the stress on his balky lower leg.
Fri Jan 9 201513:05Aaron Rodgers: (Calf) Officially Listed As Probable
Rodgers (calf) is probable for Sunday's game against the Cowboys, ESPN's Rob Demovsky reports.
There's no question that Rodgers will play, but with recent reports indicating that he's bothered by both a strain and slight tear in his calf, he may not quite be his usual self. Of course, Rodgers at less than 100 percent is still probably one of the league's top quarterbacks, though there's some chance that an aggravation could force him out of Sunday's game.

Rodgers (calf) participated in the team portion of Thursday's practice, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
According to the report, Rodgers took about 50-60 percent of the Packers' QB reps during Thursday's team session. In the absence of any setbacks, Rodgers remains on track to start Sunday's playoff game against the Cowboys, but given that his left calf muscle is said to be significantly strained and also reportedly has a slight tear in it, it remains to be seen how close to 100 percent the QB will be -- especially in terms of mobility -- this weekend.

ESPN.com reports that Rodgers' left calf muscle -- which is said to be significantly strained -- also has a slight tear in it.
That said, at this stage, there appears to be little doubt that Rodgers -- who is slated to go through team drills on Thursday -- will start Sunday's playoff game against the Cowboys, but how close to 100 percent he'll be in the contest, especially with regard to his mobility, remains to be seen. For his part, Rodgers expressed no doubt that he will suit up this weekend. "I'm going on Sunday," Rodgers noted Wednesday. "It's just a matter of how."
Wed Jan 7 201514:10Rodgers (calf) did not practice Wednesday
Rodgers (calf) did not practice Wednesday, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports.
Rodgers' absence isn't much of a surprise, with coach Mike McCarthy having previously indicated that the Packers hoped to get the QB back at practice on Thursday. With Rodgers sitting on Wednesday, Matt Flynn and Scott Tolzien shared the team's quarterback reps, but at this stage, it would take an unexpected setback for Rodgers not to start Sunday's playoff contest against Dallas.

Coach Mike McCarthy indicated Friday that Rodgers (calf) probably won't practice until late next week, ESPN.com reports.
Rodgers, who did not practice Friday, instead received treatment on his strained left calf. "We'll do the same tomorrow, and I really don't see him getting on the practice field until Thursday probably at the earliest," coach Mike McCarthy noted Friday. While it remains to be seen how close to 100 percent he will be as the Packers' next game approaches, there's little doubt that Rodgers will be available for the team's divisional round game on Jan. 11, against an opponent to be determined.

Rodgers (calf) completed 17-of-22 passes for 226 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's dramatic 30-20 win over the Lions. He also had two carries for 14 yards, scoring on a QB sneak midway through the fourth quarter.
Rodgers was knocked out of the game late in the second quarter, aggravating his calf injury, but was able to return for Green Bay's second possession after halftime. Even though he was limping around in the second half, he made some nice throws, including a 13-yard touchdown to Randall Cobb late in the third quarter. Rodgers' ankle was stepped on by Ndamukong Suh in the fourth quarter, but he didn't miss any action, and appeared to be OK. He'll have a couple of weeks to rest, with the Packers earning a first-round bye in the playoffs, and should be a popular pick for those fantasy owners that play in the postseason. Rodgers and company will likely face Dallas in the Divisional Round, unless Detroit upsets the Cowboys, in which case the Packers will get the winner of the Cardinals-Panthers matchup.
Sun Dec 28 201418:30Rodgers able to return to contest in third quarter
Rodgers, who appeared to aggravate his calf injury late in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Lions, was able to return to the contest in the third quarter.
While Rodgers' mobility could be somewhat hampered by the issue for the remainder of Sunday's game, he'll tough it out, with the Packers attempting to secure a first-round playoff bye, a goal that would be accomplished by a win over the Lions.
Sun Dec 28 201417:40Aaron Rodgers: Aggravates Calf Injury
Rodgers appeared to aggravate his calf injury late in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Lions. He was helped off the field and carted to the locker room for further testing.
Rodgers came into the game with a calf strain and appeared to aggravate the injury while scrambling in the red zone, flipping a four-yard touchdown pass to Randall Cobb before collapsing and grabbing his injured leg. Matt Flynn immediately began warming up on the sideline and is expected to replace Rodgers' on the Packers' next drive. It's obviously too early to know anything about the severity of the injury, but the Packers need a win in this game to secure a first-round bye more than ever now.
Sun Dec 28 201415:09Rodgers (calf) active for Sunday's game against Lions
Rodgers (calf) is active for Sunday's game against the Lions.
Rodgers may not be quite as mobile as he usually is, but the concern is not strong enough for fantasy owners to consider benching one of the league's leading MVP candidates. Although the Lions stymied him in Detroit back in Week 3, Rodgers has been otherworldly at Lambeau Field this year.
Fri Dec 26 201413:53Aaron Rodgers: (Calf) Probable For Week 17
Rodgers (calf) is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Lions.
Rodgers was limited at practice this week, but head coach Mike McCarthy said Friday that he is not overly concerned about Rodgers' health, and the probable designation affirms that. The Lions contained Rodgers last time the two teams faced off in Week 3, but Sunday's game will come at Lambeau Field, where Rodgers owns a 23:0 TD:INT ratio this season.
Thu Dec 25 201415:58Aaron Rodgers: (Calf) Limited Thursday
Rodgers (calf) was listed as limited on the Packers' estimated injury report Thursday, Kyle Meinke of MLive.com reports.
The Packers didn't schedule any drills Thursday, but in a normal week, Rodgers would have experienced a cap in reps for a second day in a row. With a large question mark hanging over his Week 17 availability against the Lions, expect his status to receive some clarity upon the release of Friday's injury report.
Wed Dec 24 201415:16Aaron Rodgers: (Calf) Limited Wednesday
Rodgers (calf) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday.
Coach Mike McCarthy said that Rodgers "got done what he needed to get done today," which likely included some individual drills in addition to treatment on his sore left calf. As the week rolls along, keep a watchful eye on his status to make sure he's in line to play Sunday against the Lions.
Wed Dec 24 201414:01Rodgers (calf) didn't take part in fundamental drills Wednesday
Rodgers (calf) didn't take part in fundamental drills Wednesday, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Prior to imparting fundamentals, Rodgers may have participated in the walkthrough prior to practice. Moreover, the media wasn't present during the team drills to follow, meaning a full practice was still within the realm of possibility Wednesday. Expect his status to receive clarity once coach Mike McCarthy reveals the initial injury report of the week.
Tue Dec 23 201413:44Rodgers (calf) practiced Tuesday
Rodgers (calf) practiced Tuesday, Paul Imig of Fox Sports reports.
Rodgers was seen out on the field moving around during drills but most of the session was at less than full speed. Green Bay will not provide an injury update Tuesday, but more definitive information should be available Wednesday.

Rodgers (calf) worked out Monday and is still experiencing soreness in his calf. However, coach Mike McCarthy told reporters Rodgers was "upbeat and positive."
Rodgers played through a pulled calf muscle in Sunday's win over the Buccaneers. He acknowledged that it limited his mobility, but he was still able to complete 31-of-40 passes for 318 yards. At this point, it's difficult to imagine Rodgers being held out of Sunday's de facto NFC North Championship game, but his status is certainly something to monitor throughout the week.

Rodgers pulled a calf muscle in his left leg early in Sunday's win over the Buccaneers, ESPN.com reports.
Rodgers, who had also been battling the flu over the last couple of days, tweaked his calf during the Packers' second series on Sunday, but continued to play through the issue. With that in mind, the QB doesn't believe that the injury will impact his availability for next Sunday's game against the Lions. "It's too early to give a 100 percent guarantee, but it would definitely take a lot to hold me out of that game," Rodgers said after Green Bay's Week 16 win.

Rodgers completed 31-of-40 passes for 318 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's win over the Buccaneers, though he may have been limited a bit due to an illness and a possible lower-leg injury suffered in the first quarter, ESPN.com reports.
Despite the issues, Rodgers still managed to break the 300-yard mark for the eighth time this season, including the third time in the last four games. He connected with seven different receivers, though he waited until 2:45 left in the game to throw his lone touchdown pass, which went to Jordy Nelson. Up next is a Week 17 matchup against the Lions, with the winner taking the NFC North title.

Rodgers completed 17-of-42 passes for 185 yards and two interceptions, while adding 27 rushing yards on three carries during Sunday's loss at Buffalo.
Rodgers struggled throughout the game, though he wasn't helped by his receivers dropping a season-high seven passes, the worst of which came in the fourth quarter when Jordy Nelson dropped what looked like an easy 94-yard touchdown. Rodgers will look to bounce back in Week 16 against a Buccaneers defense allowing the ninth-most passing yards per game this season, while only four teams have allowed more passing touchdowns.
