Wed Dec 17 201419:56Greg Jennings: (Hamstring) Limited Wednesday
Jennings (hamstring) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
Jennings missed two games due to a hamstring injury during the 2007 season, but so far, the Vikings haven't intimated that the current concern is threatening his Week 16 availability. Expect clarification regarding his status for Sunday's game in Miami by week's end.

Jennings had had three receptions for 43 yards on five targets, including an eight-yard touchdown, in Sunday's loss to Detroit.
Jennings continues to have a lower profile in the offense than Charles Johnson, but he's still getting consistent targets and red zone looks. Unfortunately that doesn't translate into a lot of receptions in Minnesota's low-powered passing game.

Jennings had five receptions for 52 yards in Sunday's win over the Jets. He was targeted seven times.
Jennings was second on the team in targets to Charles Johnson's eight. While Jennings is likely to lead the Vikings in targets the final three weeks, he has just five receptions of 20 or more yards this season compared to four for Charles Johnson (with Johnson in far less playing time).

Jennings (ribs) had five catches on six targets for 45 yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Panthers.
The Vikings led 14-3 after the first quarter and 28-6 at halftime, though they scored 14 points on blocked punts returned for touchdowns, which limited the offensive plays overall. Rookie quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was much more accurate than in previous outings, completing 15 of his 21 passes, including Jennings' 17-yard touchdown in the second quarter to put them up by 22. Up next is a Week 14 matchup against a Jets defense that is much better against the run than the pass this season, allowing a league-worst 27 passing touchdowns.
Sun Nov 30 201412:00Jennings (ribs) listed as active Sunday against Panthers
Jennings (ribs) is listed as active Sunday against the Panthers.
The rise of Charles Johnson over the past two games (nine receptions for 139 yards and one touchdown) coincided with the rib injury suffered by Jennings in Week 11, but in a return to his normal workload last Sunday, the veteran wideout reeled in four balls (on six targets) for 38 yards and a touchdown. Jennings could strike gold again versus a Carolina defense that has been generous in 2014, surrendering 12.6 YPC and 15 WR scores across 11 outings.
Fri Nov 28 201416:59Jennings (ribs) probable for Sunday's game against Carolina
Jennings (ribs) is probable for Sunday's game against Carolina.
Jennings practiced fully all week, so his health isn't in question, but his role and effectiveness both might be. Charles Johnson is emerging at wideout for the Vikings, and Jennings has just five catches for 42 yards and a touchdown on eight targets over the last two weeks. With that said, his average of 7.6 yards per target on the year is respectable given the unstable quarterback play he's dealt with.
Thu Nov 27 201414:38Jennings (ribs) practiced in full Thursday
Jennings (ribs) practiced in full Thursday, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
Unhindered in drills this week, Jennings is on track to uphold his typical role in the Vikings' passing game. Although he's reeled in 14 of 24 balls over the last four games, he's reached the end zone on two occasions to salvage modest outings.

Jennings (ribs) had four catches on six targets for 38 yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Packers.
Jennings' touchdown was his second in the last four games, though it was his third of the entire season. Charles Johnson appears to have the best chemistry with quarterback Teddy Bridgewater right now, and while Jennings is a consistent producer, he remains touchdown-dependent to make much of an impact.
Sun Nov 23 201411:29Greg Jennings: (Ribs) Active Sunday
Jennings (rib) is listed as active Sunday versus the Packers, Albert Breer of NFL Network reports.
Thus substantiates a report earlier Sunday from Breer. Because the Vikings could be in catch-up mode fairly early in the contest, Jennings could reach the end zone against a Packers defense that has given up eight touchdowns to wideouts over the past six games.
Sun Nov 23 201407:12Jennings (ribs) expected to play Sunday against Packers
Jennings (ribs) is expected to play Sunday against the Packers, according to Albert Breer of NFL Network.
Jennings was held out of practice Wednesday after suffering the injury last Sunday against the Bears, but he was able to log a full practice Friday in preparation to face his old team.

Jennings (rib) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Green Bay, ESPN reports.
Jennings was able to fully practice Friday, so he should be able to play. However, check his status before kickoff to be sure.
Fri Nov 21 201412:47Jennings (rib) returned to practice Friday
Jennings (rib) returned to practice Friday, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
We'll wait and see how he's listed when the Vikings release their official injury report, but Jennings seems likely to play Sunday against his former team.
Wed Nov 19 201418:05Greg Jennings:
Jennings (ribs) didn't partake in practice Wednesday, the Vikings' official site reports.
Jennings sustained a rib injury in Sunday's game in Chicago, but the ailment didn't stop him from returning to action. However, he mustered his worst performance of the season -- one catch (on two targets) for four yards -- which was likely precipitated by the injury. As a result, monitor his activity level in drills throughout the week to learn his potential availability Sunday versus the Packers.

Jennings (rib) returned to Sunday's game against the Bears.
It turned out to be a minor injury. Jennings is back in there.

Jennings suffered a rib injury in Sunday's game against the Bears and is questionable to return.
Teddy Bridgewater and the Vikings' passing attack is having very little success against a Bears defense that has been shredded through the air all year long. Jennings was targeted just twice before the injury, recording one four-yard reception.
Sun Nov 2 201421:10Jennings had six catches on 10 targets for 76 yards Sunday again...
Jennings had six catches on 10 targets for 76 yards Sunday against Washington.
Jennings led the Vikings in targets, catches and receiving yards Sunday, though tight end Chase Ford caught quarterback Teddy Bridgewater's lone touchdown pass. While Jennings has four games this season with over 70 yards, he's failed to hit the 80-yard mark and he has only two touchdowns, one of which came back in Week 1. He's a limited fantasy performer in most leagues, even PPR ones, and doesn't make much of an impact unless he gets into the end zone, something he hasn't done much for the Vikings.

Jennings had three receptions for 38 yards, including a 17-yard touchdown, in Sunday's win over Tampa Bay.
It was just Jennings' second touchdown this season. He was second in the team in targets and showed he'll be a big part of the passing game if Teddy Bridgewater gets on a roll.
Sun Oct 19 201419:29Jennings led team with six catches on seven targets for 77 yards...
Jennings led the team with six catches on seven targets for 77 yards in Sunday's loss to the Bills.
Quarterback Teddy Bridgewater struggled again, though Jennings was his most consistent option. Unfortunately for fantasy owners, it didn't produce much production, and Jennings has now gone six straight games without a touchdown and his 77 yards Sunday were a season-high. If there's a silver lining, it's that the Vikings travel to Tampa in Week 8 to face a Bucs' defense that is allowing the second-most passing yards per game this season.

Jennings had three receptions for 33 yards and was targeted six times in Sunday's loss to Detroit.
Teddy Bridgewater struggled amid major pass protection issues on the Minnesota offensive line. Jenning's production is likely to be erratic as Bridgewater develops.

Jennings caught 2-of-4 targets for 31 yards in Thursday's 42-10 loss to the Packers.
Both of Jennings' receptions came in garbage time, as the Vikings had minimal success on offense until the outcome of the game was no longer in question. Once Teddy Bridgewater (ankle) comes back, which will likely happen next week, Jennings should find things more to his liking. However, the veteran has competition for targets in the forms of Cordarrelle Patterson (hip) and Jarius Wright.
