Thu Jul 7 201111:40Dolphins will try Jimmy Wilson at safety
The Dolphins plan to try seventh-round pick Jimmy Wilson at safety in his rookie season.
Wilson played corner early in his Montana career before moving to safety as a senior. He's small for the position at 5-foot-11, 193, but the Dolphins believe Wilson is a physical enough player to hold up "inside." Most likely, Wilson is headed for the practice squad after the lockout stalled his development.
