Mike Otto is tentatively expected to start at left tackle versus the Colts after Michael Roos underwent an appendectomy early this week.
The Titans haven't ruled out Roos just yet, but his 119-game consecutive starts streak is in jeopardy. Roos has been Tennessee's best offensive lineman this year, excelling in pass protection.

Titans OT Mike Otto will be sidelined three weeks after undergoing hand surgery.
The move imperils Otto's Week 1 status, but recovery from hand surgery should be fairly straightforward. Tennessee's No. 3 tackle behind starters LT Michael Roos and RT David Stewart, Otto has appeared in 40 games the past three seasons.

Titans re-signed OT Mike Otto to a multi-year contract.
The backup swing tackle was due to reach free agency next month. A seventh-round pick out of Purdue in 2007, Otto has played 41 games over the past five seasons with the Titans.

Titans OT Mike Otto is out indefinitely after having meniscus surgery on his knee Wednesday.
The procedure is a routine "scope," so Otto could be back for the opener. He's expected to be the swing tackle behind Mike Roos and Dave Stewart.
