Cardinals agreed to terms with WR Chansi Stuckey on a two-year, $3.5 million contract.
Arizona was never in on the bigger name receivers after losing Steve Breaston. It's a vote of confidence for Early Doucet and Andre Roberts, who should be able handle the second-receiver role between the two of them. Stuckey is strictly a third or fourth option, lacking playmaking ability and best suited for the slot.

Fri Mar 4 201118:44Browns don't tender Stuckey
Browns declined to tender WR Chansi Stuckey, making him an unrestricted free agent.
A Mangini era holdover, the 27-year-old Stuckey caught 40 balls for 346 yards last season. His complete lack of playmaking ability shows up in his yards per reception average (8.7) and touchdown total (zero). The Browns, hopefully, will try to get faster in the receiver corps this offseason.

Sun Nov 14 201018:03Stuckey costs Browns with fumble
Chansi Stuckey lost a critical fumble during overtime in Sunday's loss to the Jets.
Stuckey made a nice catch-and-run that pulled the Browns near field-goal range, but fumbled at the tail end of the play. It didn't lead directly to the Jets' score, but it was clearly the mistake of the game. Stuckey ended up with four catches for 27 yards, highlighting his low upside as a slot receiver on a ball control team.
