Kuechly practiced Tuesday for the first time since suffering a concussion in Week 1.

The Panthers announced Tuesday morning that Kuechly was cleared to return to practice, and he was able to suit up and take part in drills the same day. Kuechly should be able to play in the Panthers' Week 6 matchup with the Seahawks barring any setbacks over the next few days, but it remains to be seen if he will be ready for a full workload after missing a month of action.

Babin was released by the Ravens on Tuesday.

The Ravens were desperate for help at outside linebacker after Terrell Suggs (Achilles) suffered a season-ending injury, but Babin ultimately just made things worse, with his primary impact coming via careless penalties. Given how poorly he played, the 35-year-old Babin may not get another shot in the NFL.

Powers accrued a team-high 12 tackles (10 solo) and one sack during Sunday's victory in Detroit.

Powers entered the game with just 15 tackles to his name, but the quarterback combination of Matthew Stafford and Dan Orlovsky attempted a whopping 70 passes, skewing the statistics for the benefit of those in the Cardinals' secondary. While Powers may be involved in additional blowouts as the season unfolds, no opponent will likely employ such a blatant one-sided attack, as the Lions rank 32nd in rushing by a large margin. Nonetheless, he's played all but five defensive snaps this season, so he's apt to be a frequent contributor to the box score in such a playmaking defense.

Head coach Dan Quinn believes Jones (hamstring) will be able to play in Thursday's game against the Saints, Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com reports.

Jones sat out Monday's practice and will likely be listed as either limited or a non-participant Tuesday, but Quinn's comments provide reason for optimism nonetheless. Jones' status figures to remain uncertain for a couple more days, and it seems likely that a final call on his availability for Thursday's game will not be made until game day.

Heyward-Bey had two catches for 24 yards in the Steelers' 24-20 win over the Chargers on Monday.

DHB tied Antonio Brown with a team-high six targets, but didn't have a reception until Pittsburgh's final drive, which culminated with Le'Veon Bell's game winning 1-yard touchdown run as time expired. His fantasy value likely takes a hit when Martavis Bryant returns to action.

Miller caught 3-of-3 targets for 46 yards in Pittsburgh's 24-20 win over San Diego on Monday.

Used primarily as a blocker, Miller made the most of his opportunities, including a 16-yard reception to the Chargers' one yard line, setting up Le'Veon Bell's game winning 1-yard touchdown run as time expired. Miller joins Hines Ward as the only players in franchise history to record at least one catch in 102 consecutive regular-season games.

Blake totaled two tackles (both solo) and an interception in Pittsburgh's 24-20 win over San Diego on Monday.

Blake recorded the first pick-six of his career when he intercepted Philip Rivers and returned it 70 yards for a touchdown to give the Steelers a 10-7 lead late in the third quarter.

Williams rushed five times for 20 yards in the Steelers' 24-20 win over the Chargers on Monday.

Heading in to the game, Offensive Coordinator Todd Haley indicated that Williams would be more involved in the offense, but Le'Veon Bell was clearly the main weapon on the ground with 21 carries for 111 yards and a touchdown. Bell was also targeted five times in the passing game, while Williams was not targeted. Williams is a solid runner but, from a fantasy perspective, offers little more than insurance in the event Bell is injured.

Cundiff was released by the Bills on Tuesday.

Cundiff was signed last week with Dan Carpenter slowed by a knee injury, but it appears the team is not as concerned about Carpenter's health heading into Week 6. The Bills signed quarterback Josh Johnson to take Cundiff's place on the roster.

Johnson agreed to a contract with the Bills on Tuesday.

After spending the last two weeks as quarterback insurance for the Colts, Johnson will head to Buffalo to do the same. Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor (ankle) is banged up and uncertain to play this week, and if he is unable to go, EJ Manuel would start for the Bills and Johnson would serve as Manual's backup.

McCourty was on the field for all 72 defensive snaps in Sunday's 30-6 win over the Cowboys, ESPN.com reports.

McCourty recorded a season-high eight tackles in the process, bringing his overall total in four games to 21, to go along with one pick.

Chandler was on the field for just 10 of 59 snaps on offense in Sunday's 30-6 win over the Cowboys, ESPN.com reports. He was not targeted in the contest.

Per the report, the Patriots spent much of Sunday's game using three-wide receiver sets, but the fact remains that Chandler is a hit-or-miss fantasy option, whose utility hinges on occasional trips to the end zone.

Martin was on the field for 50 of 59 snaps on offense in Sunday's 30-6 win over the Cowboys, ESPN.com reports.

In the process, Martin caught both of his targets for 23 yards. For now, it looks like he has overtaken Aaron Dobson in the Patriots' wideout pecking order, though generally the team's three most reliable fantasy options in the passing game are WR Julian Edelman, TE Rob Gronkowski and RB Dion Lewis.

Gostkowski made all three of his field goal attempts -- including a career-long 57 yarder -- en route to a 12-point effort in Sunday's 30-6 win over the Cowboys.

With the Patriots now past their bye week, Gostkowski is a reliable lineup option moving forward. Through four games, he has recorded a fantasy-friendly 47 points, while making all 10 of his field goal attempts.

Kuechly (concussion) has been cleared to return to practice, ESPN reports.

Kuechly has not played since the Panthers' opener against Jacksonville, a game left in the first half after suffering a concussion. The middle linebacker has since been in the NFL's concussion protocol and was finally cleared Tuesday after a full month of the shelf. While Kuechly is expected to return to the field in Week 6, coach Ron Rivera noted that he may have a reduced workload. "We've got four good days of practice on tap and we'll see how his conditioning is," defensive coordinator Sean McDermott said. "Luke's a highly conditioned athlete. He's been staying involved the whole way, or as much as he could have. And he had a bye week. We'll just take it one day at a time."

Woodhead rushed four times for 10 yards and caught five passes (on seven targets) for 66 receiving yards in Monday night's game against the Steelers.

Woodhead's four carries for 10 yards marked season-lows in the running game Monday, but the veteran compensated with 66 receiving yards that ranked second among Chargers players. Additionally, with five catches, Woodhead continued to prove his extra value in PPR formats, which should sustain itself over the course of the season, even if rookie Melvin Gordon commands the bulk of San Diego's backfield touches.

Allen finished with six catches (on 10 targets) for 57 yards in Monday night's loss to the Steelers.

Allen's 10 targets Monday were only topped by teammate Antonio Gates, but despite the veteran tight end returning to the Chargers' lineup, Allen was still able to register his third 10-plus target game this season. While Allen's 57 receiving yards show most of his catches came on underneath passes, his involvement as San Diego's No. 1 wideout is encouraging going forward. Through five games this season, Allen has 39 receptions (on 56 targets) for 444 yards and three touchdowns.

Gates caught nine passes (on 11 targets) for 92 yards and two touchdowns in his return from suspension Monday night against the Steelers.

Gates took little time to make his return to the lineup felt, as he scored his 100th career touchdown with a 12-yard reception early in the first quarter Monday. Then, after reminding onlookers of his unmatched and unwavering chemistry with quarterback Philip Rivers throughout Monday's contest, Gates found pay dirt again in the fourth quarter with an 11-yard touchdown reception. Overall, the 35-year-old led all players in all receiving categories Monday night, evidencing the strong impact he continues to have 13 years into his NFL career.

Rivers completed 35-of-48 passes for 365 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in Monday night's loss to the Steelers.

Rivers hooked up with long-time favorite target Antonio Gates on both his touchdown passes Monday, but otherwise distributed his targets incredibly well. To that point, Rivers completed at least five passes to five different players, helping him set a season-high with 35 completions. Similarly, Rivers' whopping 365 yards marked the third time he's topped 350 yards in a game already this season. Although his lone interception Monday was returned for a touchdown, Rivers was still plenty productive and continues to rack up yardage in the Chargers' pass heavy offense.
