Tue Jul 19 2011 | 21:51 | Weiland allows 3 runs over 6 innings in loss |
Kyle Weiland allowed three runs on six hits and three walks over six innings in a loss to the Orioles Tuesday. |
The 24-year-old right-hander struck out two. It was certainly a better appearance than his major-league debut against the Orioles on July 10 in which he allowed six runs on eight hits and two walks in four innings. Tuesday's outing lowered his ERA to 8.10 and his WHIP to 1.90. He's not a viable fantasy option. |
