Coach Doc Rivers said that the Celtics could bring up Kris Joseph or Fab Melo to add depth to their roster for Friday's game. |
The two rookies are currently with theD-League affiliate Maine Red Claws. The Celtics are likely to be without Rajon Rondo due to a suspension and they also could be missing Jeff Green (knee) and Chris Wilcox (illness). Joseph and Melo do not have have spot-start appeal for an 11-game night on Friday. |

Kris Joseph has been informed that he'll make the Celtics final roster. |
Joseph will be with the Celtics for the "foreseeable future," and the club will carry a 15-player roster. Although he's made the team, it wouldn't be surprising to see him in street clothes on game nights. His contract doesn't become guaranteed until January. |
