Sat Feb 5 201115:03Acie Law (wrist) doubtful for Saturday
Acie Law is doubtful for the Warriors game on Saturday due to a sprained right wrist.
This is poor timing for Law since Monta Ellis is under the weather with a stomach issue. Consider him day-to-day, though a longer absence might be inevitable since his wrist is "really giving him problems."

Tue Jan 25 201103:59Law (knee) returns to action on Monday
Acie Law (knee) returned to action on Monday, scoring seven points on 3-of-6 shooting (including a three) with no rebounds and two assists in nine minutes.
He will see a few extra minutes when Stephen Curry or Monta Ellis gets into foul trouble, and isn't really a factor in whether or not either of the aforementioned gets their playing time clipped. Law is just the guy that steps in when they slip up.

Acie Law returned to action on Monday January 24.
Sun Jan 23 201100:42Acie Law out with left knee injury Saturday
Acie Law missed Saturday's game with a left knee injury.
He was getting too much run for Stephen Curry's fantasy owners' liking, and is day-to-day with the injury. And it might help explain why Curry is in the process of going off against the Clippers. But why a guy like Law was hurting Curry just makes no sense to us.
Tue Jan 4 201116:10Law's contract guaranteed for rest of season
With the Warriors waiving Rodney Carney on Monday, Acie Law's contract is guaranteed for the rest of the season.
Law has yet to top nine points or four assists in any game this season and belongs on waivers in most fantasy leagues.

Tue Jan 4 201110:01Law has slight ligament tear in wrist
According to a specialist, Acie Law may have a slight ligament tear in his wrist but he can't do any more damage to it by playing.
All NBA contracts become guaranteed on Monday, so the Warriors want to make sure a borderline player like Law doesn't need to go under the knife. Law certainly isn't out of the woods after going 12 minutes without a point or assists in Monday's loss to the Magic.

Mon Jan 3 201122:12Law (wrist) makes it to the game in time
Acie Law (wrist) returned to action on Monday, playing 12 minutes without scoring on three shot attempts with just one turnover and one steal to his credit.
There was some question if he would make it to the game after having his wrist evaluated in New York, and as you can see he did. He is far from having any value in fantasy leagues.
Mon Jan 3 201112:53Acie Law expected to play vs. Magic
Acie Law is expected to make it to Orlando in time for Monday's game, after his wrist checked out fine in New York.
Law provides even more speed and energy for Golden State's backcourt, but he doesn't have fantasy relevance while Monta and Steph are healthy.

Sun Jan 2 201113:54Law leaves team to have wrist examined
Acie Law left the Warriors and traveled to New York to have his wrist examined by a specialist.
Whether he's healthy or not has no fantasy impacts.

Tue Dec 21 201005:44Law gets 31 minutes of run on Monday
Acie Law got 32 minutes of playing time on Monday with Reggie Williams in foul trouble, and managed just eight points on 4-of-10 shooting (0-for-5 from downtown) with two rebounds, four assists, and a steal.
He hasn't done anything in his short time with Golden State, and it stands to reason that if he can't put up numbers when given heavy minutes, then he has no fantasy value.
Thu Dec 9 201017:54Warriors sign Acie Law
As expected, the Warriors signed PG Acie Law on Thursday.
Law will get some burn with Stephen Curry potentially out through Christmas, but he's not a viable fantasy option in average leagues.
Thu Dec 9 201011:50Warriros plan to sign Law Thursday
Warriors plan to sign free agent PG Acie Law Thursday.
This is a sign that Steph Curry (ankle) is going to get some extended time off. Law was released by the Grizzlies on Saturday and will immediately battle Jeremy Lin for minutes. We wouldn't add either fringe NBA player as Reggie Williams is expected to pick up most of the minutes Curry leaves behind.

Sat Dec 4 201020:49Law waived by Grizzlies on Saturday
Acie Law was waived by the Grizzlies on Saturday.
The lottery pick never got his game going in the NBA, and may be nearing the end of the road.

Sat Dec 4 201012:42Acie Law healthy but racking up DNP-CDs
Acie Law has recovered from a recent bout with flu, but he continues to rack up DNP-CDs.
Law is buried on the Grizzlies' depth chart and could be waived at some point.
Sat Nov 27 201018:56Acie Law out with flu symptoms
Acie Law will miss Saturday's game with flu-like symptoms.
He's in some danger of being waived and would have likely been on the inactive list anyway.

Wed Nov 17 201011:09Law in danger of being cut?
The Memphis Commercial-Appeal believes that the Grizzlies could waive Acie Law shortly.
Law has fallen behind rookie Greivis Vasquez in the battle to be Mike Conley's backup. With a non-guaranteed contract, there's not much reason to keep Law around. The Grizz are bringing in free agents Patrick Beverley and Garrett Temple for workouts soon.

Thu Oct 7 201022:46Acie Law explodes in preseason win
Acie Law hit 4-of-7 shots, a 3-pointer and all 10 free throw attempts to finish with 19 points and five assists for the Grizzlies on Thursday.
He's going to be locked into a backup role this season and will only have fantasy value if O.J. Mayo or Mike Conley get hurt. Ignore the nice line from this preseason win over the Hawks.
Thu Aug 5 201017:25Grizzlies sign G Acie Law for one year
The Grizzlies have signed guard Acie Law to a one-year contract.
He'll have no fantasy value, as usual, unless Mike Conley or O.J. Mayo go down with an injury.

Wed Aug 4 201015:34Report: Grizzlies reach deal with Acie Law
The Grizzlies have reportedly reached a deal with Acie Law.
He's likely to back up Mike Conley in Memphis and shouldn't have much fantasy value initially. He could become relevant if Conley suffers an injury, but Conley has only missed two games total the past two years.
