Palmer spent the last two months on the disabled list due to a strain in his right shoulder. He will attempt to reach the major leagues again this season, though the odds are probably against him. In 23 innings for the Angels earlier this year he posted a 6.26 ERA, 2.04 WHIP and 11/16 K/BB ratio. | ||||||
