Antawn Jamison had the cast removed from his surgically repaired left wrist and should be cleared to play in August.

Jamison is an unrestricted free agent and has drawn interest from the Wizards, who he played with for five years. At 37 years old, Jamison doesn't have a ton of time left but should garner enough interest to land a job next season.

Jamison skipped his exit interview with the team on Monday despite the team trying to contact him, so that will guarantee he won't return next year. He wasn't coming back on another veteran's minimum deal anyway and had clashed with Mike D'Antoni previously.
