Orioles sent INF Robert Andino outright to Triple-A Norfolk.

Andino, who was designated for assignment over the weekend, was able to successfully pass through waivers. His path to the majors is blocked by Julio Lugo for now, but he'll be among the first in line for a call-up should the Orioles suffer an injury to their infield.
