Sat Jan 25 201402:02Blatche has quiet night in Friday's win
Andray Blatche had a quiet night with eight points, five rebounds, two assists and one block in 28 minutes off the bench against the Mavs on Friday.
Blatche might have been caught watching Mirza Teletovic go nuts and owners shouldn't worry here. He's averaging 14.2 points, 0.4 threes, 8.0 boards, 2.2 assists, 0.6 steals, 0.8 blocks and marks of 59.3 percent from the field and 62.5 percent from the line in his last five games.

Tue Jan 21 201422:58Andray Blatche scores 18 in win over Magic
Andray Blatche had 18 points, five rebounds, three assists, a block and a 3-pointer on 6-of-11 shooting in Tuesday's win.
He came off the bench and played 24 minutes, and had 19 points, 12 boards, two steals, a block and a 3-pointer on Monday. He also had 20 points and 14 rebounds on Thursday, meaning he's finally on a tear, averaging 19.0 points, 10 rebounds and a block over his last three games. Get him in your lineup while he's hot.

Mon Jan 20 201420:28Andray Blatche puts up 19 and 12 vs. Knicks
Andray Blatche kept his momentum going on Monday during a win at Madison Square Garden, scoring 19 points with 12 boards, two steals, one block and one 3-pointer in 27 minutes.
He put up 20 and 14 against the Hawks in London on Thursday and this is the Blatche we were all expecting following the Brook Lopez (foot) injury. It makes sense to pick him up in most leagues for his major upside.

Thu Jan 16 201417:38Andray Blatche posts 20 & 14 in London game
Andray Blatche blew up for 20 points, 14 rebounds, six assists, one steal and one block in 27 minutes off the bench on Thursday, as the Nets routed the Hawks in London.
Blatche had been quiet since Brook Lopez's season-ending foot surgery, but this huge line is a reminder of his potential. Paul Pierce appears locked in at PF for the time being, but Blatche's outlook as a reserve is improved by Kevin Garnett's minute-limit and sporadic, precautionary DNPs.

Sat Jan 11 201421:53Andray Blatche plays horribly vs. Toronto
Andray Blatche was a fouling machine in Saturday's loss to the Raptors with five fouls, six points and four boards in nine minutes.
He hasn't looked the same since returning from his personal issues. In those five games, Blatche averaged just 9.2 points, 4.6 boards, 1.2 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.2 blocks. It might be a conditioning issue and Blatche could get it turned around soon. He's still worth stashing in most formats despite a one-game week on the horizon.

Sat Jan 11 201400:09Blatche goes for eight and eight in 13 mins
Andray Blatche played just 13 minutes on Friday, but still managed eight points on 4-of-10 shooting with eight rebounds and one steal.
Blatche had a pretty terrible stretch and never got back on the floor. If this becomes a trend owners may want to look in another direction, but so far he has shown enough promise to remain owned in most formats.

Wed Jan 8 201423:44Andray Blatche bounces back in win
Andray Blatche came off the bench for 17 points, five rebounds, three assists and a steal on 6-of-13 shooting in 25 minutes of Wednesday's win over the Warriors.
Blatche scored just three points in his last game, but looked much better tonight. He's working his way back to form after a four-game personal absence and is worth holding in all leagues. He'll have to compete with Mirza Teletovic (eight points, 10 rebounds, two 3-pointers in 29 minutes) and Andrei Kirilenko (eight points, six rebounds, two assists and a steal in 18 minutes) for his minutes and production, but looks like a safer fantasy option than the other two guys.

Sat Jan 4 201423:25Andray Blatche scores 12 in return to action
Andray Blatche returned from a personal leave on Saturday and hit 4-of-10 shots for 12 points, five rebounds, two assists and a steal in 20 minutes.
He's going to be a big part of what the Nets do with Brook Lopez out for the season and should be owned in all leagues, despite his recent struggles and absence.

Sat Jan 4 201411:01Andray Blatche (personal) will play vs. Cavs
Andray Blatche (personal) attended shootaround on Saturday and he will play vs. the Cavaliers.
Blatche missed the past four road games for undisclosed reasons, but they weren't injury-related and he should be ready to roll tonight. While he may come off the bench, at least initially, Blatche should get enough minutes to be worth starting in 12-team fantasy leagues. Make sure he's not floating on your waiver wire.

Fri Dec 27 201317:55Andray Blatche (personal) out four games
Andray Blatche (personal) will miss the next four games for the Nets.
That would put Blatche out until Saturday Jan. 4 when the Nets will play the Cavs. Mirza Teletovic will continue to be a big piece in the rotation and should be approaching the 30-minute mark over that span, making him worth a long look in standard leagues. Mason Plumlee and Reggie Evans should also see a sizable increases in minutes. Blatche owners should probably hold him unless they really need him for the upcoming week.

Wed Dec 25 201314:59Andray Blatche can't hit shots vs. Bulls
Andray Blatche shot 1-of-11 from the field for seven points with five boards, two assists and one turnover in 26 minutes.
He's been a disappointment in the without Brook Lopez (foot) and shot just 25 percent from the field in his last two games. The Nets have been embarrassing on offense and they might need a player like Blatche in their starting lineup. Regardless, things should be looking up for Blatche very soon, especially with the way he can fill up a stat sheet. Fantasy owners should still consider him a must-own player.

Tue Dec 24 201301:19Andray Blatche scores 11 points off bench
Andray Blatche played 26 minutes off the bench on Monday with 11 points, seven boards, two assists and one steal on 4-of-9 shooting.
Even though he's not starting, Blatche is likely going to be the best Nets big man based on statistics. He can fill it up across the board and is even attempting a career-high 0.7 triples per game this year. Don't get caught up in him coming off the bench and make sure he's owned in even a shallow format.

Sat Dec 21 201311:59Andray Blatche must-own w/ Brook Lopez out
Andray Blatche should get a big boost in playing time with Brook Lopez (fractured foot) possibly out for the rest of the season.
Blatche has come off the Nets' bench in some games which Lopez missed this season, but even in that role he's thriving and there are no guarantees that he'll continue in a reserve capacity. In the nine games Lopez has sat out this season, Blatche is averaging 17.5 points and 6.4 rebounds per game. Go get him if he's still available on your waiver wire.

Thu Dec 12 201323:27Andray Blatche scores 21 against Clippers
Andray Blatche scored 21 points on 7-of-11 shooting with nine boards, three assists and one turnover in 28 minutes against the Clippers on Thursday.
Brook Lopez suffered a left ankle injury and there's a very good chance he will miss Friday's game and beyond. Lopez missed seven games with a left ankle sprain last month, meaning the Nets probably will want to proceed with caution. Blatche basically becomes a "run, don't walk" add based on his averages of 16.8 points, 6.3 boards, 1.5 steals and 1.0 blocks as the starting center.

Sun Dec 8 201300:03Andray Blatche bounces back w/ 11 pts, 8 reb
Andray Blatche scored only two points in Thursday's blowout loss, but he bounced back on Saturday with 11 points, eight rebounds and one steal in under 20 minutes of action.
Blatche's value has been spoiled by Brook Lopez's return, and he's best left on the waiver wire unless Kevin Garnett or Lopez are out of the lineup. KG will likely pick up some precautionary DNPs and could sit out during the Nets' upcoming back-to-back set on Dec. 12/13, so opportunistic owners should keep an eye on Brooklyn's injury report.

Tue Dec 3 201323:27Andray Blatche has 15 points, 6 boards
Andray Blatche had 15 points and six rebounds on 5-of-12 shooting in 24 minutes in another loss on Tuesday.
Blatche has arguably been the Nets best player over the past few weeks, but will take a backseat to Brook Lopez and Kevin Garnett whenever they're available to play, like they were tonight. But as long as he's getting 25 minutes a night, he's at least worth a close look in most leagues, and becomes nearly a must-start play whenever Garnett is in street clothes.

Sat Nov 30 201323:32Andray Blatche scores 21 points in win
Andray Blatche scored 21 points against the Grizzlies on Saturday to go with eight boards, one assist, one steal, one block and three 3-pointers in 22 minutes.
He entered tonight just 1-of-7 from downtown on the year, but he made all three attempts tonight. Blatche has been outplaying Kevin Garnett and he might have earned a role of about 24 minutes per night with his play. He's worth owning in standard leagues until he cools off.

Sat Nov 30 201303:55Blatche plays 10 minutes in blowout loss
Andray Blatche lasted just 10 minutes and missed all six of his field goal attempts in Friday's blowout loss to the Rockets.
Blatche was dealing with an ankle injury and we'll keep an eye on that but this was just a nightmare game for the entire organization. Brook Lopez (21 minutes, 16 points) returned tonight, too, so Blatche's short-term value is complicated by that. As long as both Kevin Garnett, Andrei Kirilenko and to a lesser degree Deron Williams remain out, he should probably retained as long as he's healthy.

Wed Nov 27 201323:26Andray Blatche sprains ankle Wednesday
Andray Blatche suffered a sprained left ankle on Wednesday and did not play in the fourth quarter.
He suffered the injury in the first half and played in the third quarter, so this doesn't sound serious. Blatche said he should be ready for Friday's game and isn't concerned. He finished with 14 points, eight boards, three assists, two steals and two blocks in 27 minutes. He'll be worth starting on Friday with Brook Lopez (ankle) possibly out again.
