Orioles activated RHP Jason Berken from the 60-day disabled list.

Wed Nov 3 201008:32Berken (shoulder) begins exercise program
Jason Berken (shoulder) began an exercise program Monday and hopes to begin a throwing program in late December or early January.
"It's just about strengthening the shoulder and taking pressure off the labrum and letting it heal up," said Berken. "From what I can tell, it feels significantly better. I'm pain-free." Berken was diagnosed with a torn labrum in his right shoulder in August, but decided to go the rehab route after being told by two doctors that he did not need surgery. He hopes to have no restrictions going into spring training.
