Fri Jul 11 201421:13Nolan Reimold day-to-day with strained calf
Nolan Reimold is considered day-to-day after leaving Friday's game with a strained left calf.

Fri Jul 11 201420:27Nolan Reimold leaves game with knee injury
Nolan Reimold was forced to leave Friday's game against the Rays with an apparent knee injury.
Reimold showed off his wheels, tagging up and hustling to second base on a Colby Rasmus fly out to right field, but after advancing on another fly ball from Juan Francisco, he was down for the count and holding his knee at third base. The team should provide an update on his status shortly, but a trip to the disabled list is very likely.

Wed Jul 9 201419:32Reimold collects three RBI against Angels
Nolan Reimold went 2-for-4 with three RBI in a loss to the Angels on Wednesday.
Reimold doubled twice in Tuesday's win, and his third double in a Jays uniform plated two. The 30-year-old also drew a bases-loaded walk to drive in a run. He was added to take some of the sting out of losing Edwin Encarnacion, and he continues to get regular at-bats he should be a nice AL-only option while Encarnacion is down.

Sun Jul 6 201414:01Blue Jays claim Nolan Reimold off waivers
Blue Jays claimed OF Nolan Reimold off waivers from the Orioles.
The Orioles were hoping to slip Reimold through waivers and keep him in the organization, but the always-active Alex Anthopoulos scooped him up. Reimold is obviously a poor bet to stay healthy, but it's a worthy gamble by the Jays. He could replace Edwin Encarnacion (quad) on the roster.

Thu Jul 3 201415:21O's trying to work out a Nolan Reimold trade
According to Dan Connolly of the Baltimore Sun, the Orioles are trying to work out a Nolan Reimold trade.
Reimold was designated for assignment on Tuesday, but he has not yet been placed on waivers because the O's feel like they can swap him. The 30-year-old outfielder has appeared in just 56 major league games since the beginning of the 2012 season due to injuries, but he registered an .831 OPS in 104 games as a rookie in 2009.

Tue Jul 1 201417:34Orioles activate and then DFA Nolan Reimold
Orioles activated OF Nolan Reimold from the 60-day disabled list; designated him for assignment.
The O's were trying to figure out a way to keep Reimold with the organization, but there's no spot for him right now on the active roster and his 20-game rehab window has closed. The 30-year-old outfielder has been hampered by injuries for the past three seasons, but he should still draw a good amount of interest on waivers because of his past production.

Fri Jun 27 201409:17Reimold's rehab assignment ends Sunday
Nolan Reimold's (neck) 20-game rehab assignment window ends on Sunday.
The Orioles will either have to add him to the roster by then or expose him to waivers since he's out of options. They almost surely won't do the latter, though it's possible they could say that Reimold has another injury, thereby extended his rehab window another 20 days. For what it's worth, the 30-year-old says he feels "a lot better" as he works his way back from a second neck surgery. Reimold is batting .349/.446/.558 with two homers over 14 rehab games with Double-A Bowie.

Nolan Reimold (neck) took five plate appearances Tuesday in an extended spring training game.
It was his first bit of live game action in several weeks. Reimold has been dealing with a recurrence of his chronic neck injury and was moved to the 60-day DL last month. The Orioles are hoping he'll be ready by late May, but it's certainly not a safe bet.
