Rosario went 3-for-4 with two runs scored and two RBI against the Diamondbacks on Friday.
It was one of Rosario's better games of the season as he pumped up his slash line (.270/.306/.435) on the year. Rosario has excellent career stats against the Diamondbacks (.333 AVG, 6 HR and 14 RBI in 96 at-bats), so more to come is likely on the way over the weekend for those lucky enough to have him roster.

Rosario went 2-for-4 with three RBI and a run scored in Wednesday's win over the Dodgers.
Rosario was one of six Rockies to finish with multiple hits as the team rolled to a 16-2 victory in the series finale. Though he's delivered two pleasing performances in a row, his overall .257/.295/.415 batting line has made him mostly a disappointment this season.
Tue Sep 16 201407:13Rosario 3-4 with solo homer in Monday's 11-3 loss to Dodgers
Rosario went 3-for-4 with a solo homer in Monday's 11-3 loss to the Dodgers.
After engaging in a brief timeshare at catcher with Mike McKenry at catcher shortly after returning from the DL on Sept. 7, Rosario seems to have solidified himself as the team's top backstop once again. He made his third start in four contests on Monday, coming away with his first multi-hit game since Aug. 14.

Wed Sep 10 201415:47Rosario not in lineup Wednesday
Rosario is not in the lineup Wednesday.
He's starting to see less playing time down the stretch after having a pretty disappointing offensive season. He should come at a pretty cheap price in 2015, but the further we get away from that 28-homer season in 2012, the more it looks like an aberration. Mike McKenry will get the start behind the dish Wednesday.
Mon Sep 8 201416:44Rosario not in lineup Monday against Mets
Rosario is not in the lineup Monday against the Mets.
Though Rosario was activated from the DL on Sunday, it's not apparent if his wrist is fully healthy, as he'll sit for the second straight game since returning. Rosario did provide a pinch-hit double in Sunday's series finale against the Padres, but it's uncertain when he may be given the go-ahead to resume duty behind the plate. The Rockies aren't in any rush to get Rosario reps at catcher, considering Mike McKenry has shined both offensively and defensively in his absence.
Sun Sep 7 201413:37Wilin Rosario: (Wrist) Activated From DL Sunday
Rosario (wrist) was activated from the 15-day DL on Sunday, Patrick Saunders of the Denver Post reports.
Rosario hasn't played since Aug. 22, and isn't in Sunday's starting lineup, but should be back behind the plate early this week. Fantasy owners that have endured a disappointing year from the Rockies' backstop may still have some hope left for production during the season's final weeks.
Wed Aug 27 201417:17Wilin Rosario: (Wrist) Placed on DL
Rosario was placed on the 15-day DL with left wrist inflammation on Wednesday.
Rosario attempted to take batting practice the last couple of days with the hope of proving to the team's medical staff that he was healthy, but his wrist didn't respond the way he had hoped. He'll be eligible to return from the disabled list Sept. 7, but it remains to be seen if he'll heal fast enough to meet that timeline. In the meantime, Mike McKenry will take over as the Rockies' No. 1 catcher.
Wed Aug 27 201410:12Wilin Rosario: (Wrist) DL Stint Could Be In Works
Manager Walt Weiss acknowledged Tuesday that Rosario's wrist injury could keep him out longer than expected, MLB.com reports. "He's been getting treatment and trying to swing the bat in the cage the past couple days," Weiss said. "But he's getting close to probably looking at a DL [stint]. The wrist just isn't responding like we want."
Rosario has missed the previous four games due to the injury, with Mike McKenry garnering the starts behind the plate in his stead. The Rockies will likely wait until Wednesday before reaching a decision on Rosario, but if he does indeed require a DL stint, look for the team to call up Jackson Williams from Triple-A Colorado Springs for catching depth. With 10 homers and a .248 batting average in addition to the injury issues this season, Rosario has been a major disappointment this season relative to where he was selected in fantasy drafts.
Tue Aug 26 201419:30Wilin Rosario: (Wrist) Out Again Tuesday
Rosario (wrist) remains out of the lineup Tuesday against the Giants.
A slide into second base last Friday left Rosario with a sore right wrist, and the 25-year-old is now set to miss a fourth straight start as a result of the injury. Mike McKenry will catch again Tuesday, and if Rosario isn't ready to go by Wednesday, the team may have no choice but to bring up another backstop from Triple-A.

Rosario, who is dealing with a sore left wrist, was able to take batting practice Sunday, but hasn't yet been cleared to resume game action. Sun Aug 24 201414:20Wilin Rosario: Dealing with Sore Wrist
Rosario is out of the lineup Sunday against the Marlins due to a sore right wrist, Patrick Saunders of the Denver Post reports.
Rosario apparently sustained the injury while sliding into second base in Friday's game. The Rockies would prefer not to use Mike McKenry for Sunday's afternoon tilt after he caught 13 innings a day earlier, but Rosario isn't considered healthy enough to catch just yet. He could be forced to miss a couple more games as a result of the injury.
Tue Aug 19 201416:54Rosario out of Rockies' lineup Tuesday against Royals
Rosario is out of the Rockies' lineup Tuesday against the Royals.
Manager Walt Weiss will reward Mike McKenry with another start Tuesday, after McKenry reached base in all five trips in Game 1 of Sunday's twin bill. It seems the skipper will continue to split the work fairly evenly between Rosario and McKenry the rest of the way in order to reduce the stress on the 25-year-old Rosario's legs.

Rosario will get a day to rest his legs after four straight starts, with Mike McKenry stepping in to catch starter Tyler Matzek in the finale against San Diego. Although Rosario has just two hits in his last 16 at-bats, he's still batting .314/.368/.457 for the month of August.
Fri Aug 8 201418:01Rosario out of Rockies' lineup Friday against Diamondbacks
Rosario is out of the Rockies' lineup Friday against the Diamondbacks, Steve Gilbert of MLB.com reports.
Rosario was just afforded a day of rest Wednesday, but he'll sit again Friday in favor of Mike McKenry. There hasn't been any word of an injury to Rosario, but the 25-year-old has gotten off to a 9-for-19 start to August, so something seems slightly amiss.
Wed Aug 6 201417:18Rosario out of Rockies' lineup Wednesday against Cubs
Rosario is out of the Rockies' lineup Wednesday against the Cubs, Nick Groke of the Denver Post reports.
Mike McKenry will step in to catch starter Jordan Lyles as Rosario sits after five straight starts. Rosario has come out of the gates hot to begin August, smacking seven hits in 15 at-bats, though just one of those hits has gone for extra bases.
