Hilario said he will play through ankle soreness Friday in Oklahoma City, Jorge Castillo of the Washington Post reports.
Hilario has a long history of struggling with nagging ailments, but he apparently doesn't view the most recent issue as being particularly serious. If Hilario is limited in any way, it could lead to more minutes for Kris Humphries.

Hilario (ankle) did not practice Thursday, CSN Mid-Atlantic reports.
Hilario is still recovering from a sprained ankle suffered in Tuesday's game. It remains to be seen if the setback will prevent him from playing in the Wizards' next game Friday, but the team figures to provide an update on his health sometime beforehand.

Hilario suffered a sprained left ankle Tuesday and is questionable to return.
He had seven points and four rebounds in 16 minutes prior to exiting, and Kris Humphries should handle the work at power forward in his absence. Consider him day-to-day and questionable for Friday's game.

Hilario returned to the starting lineup Thursday against the Knicks, scoring 12 points (6-8 FG, 0-1 FT) in 24 minutes, but grabbing only two rebounds.
This was Hilario's first start since returning earlier this month from a foot injury. Kris Humphries had been starting in his place. Hilario is a mediocre option at best this season. His rebounding numbers are on pace to be his lowest of his career, and he's shooting just 47.8 percent from the floor, which is 49th among all power forwards.

Hilario will be in the starting lineup for Thursday's game against the Knicks, MSG Network reports.
Nene has been limited to a bench role since returning from a knee injury Dec. 10, mostly out of an effort by coach Randy Wittman to regulate his minutes. The move to the starting lineup doesn't necessarily indicate that Nene is on track for a huge uptick in playing time, but if nothing else, it makes him a more enticing speculative play in daily formats. Kris Humphries will move to the bench to make room for Nene's return to a starting role.

Hilario had his best shooting night of the season, shooting 80 percent (8-for-10) from the floor in a win over the Heat on Friday.
The Brazilian also had his second highest point total of the season, dropping 22 in the victory. He also grabbed six boards and didn't turn the ball over once in 26 minutes of action. Hilario continues to come off the bench as well, with Kris Humphries starting, but is filling the box score nonetheless in over 20 minutes per game.

Hilario came off the bench again Tuesday in a win over the Timberwolves, playing 21 minutes and scoring 11 points (4-7 FG, 3-5 FT) and grabbing seven rebounds.
This was the fourth game that Hilario has come off the bench since returning from a knee injury. The Wizards' performance certainly hasn't suffered with the Brazilian coming off the bench and with Kris Humphries starting, so this could be a permanent situation.

Hilario came off the bench again on Sunday and played a solid role for his team. He put up 10 points (5-8 FG, 0-1 FT), six rebounds, and one block in 23 minutes.
Nene has been back for three games now and can put up strong lines for a bench player. However, his upside is limited as he is entering the later years of his career and now plays limited minutes off of the bench. He's a valuable piece for a roster in need of experience, but as long as he's playing under 30 minutes he is only a fantasy option for desperate owners.

Hilario (knee) came off the bench Wednesday, scoring 12 points (6-8 FG) with six rebounds and a block in 21 minutes.
He's had trouble staying healthy so far this season, but look for Nene to get back in the starting lineup once he demonstrates he can handle a full workload.

Hilario (knee) will play Wednesday against the Magice.
Nene took part in shootaround Wednesday morning, making him a likely candidate to return to the court after a one-game absence. it hasn't been announced whether or not he will start or if he will be limited, but he should receive a good chunk of minutes assuming he is good to go.

Hilario (knee) took part in shootaround and is questionable to play Wednesday.
Nene recently missed five straight games before returning to play in two, but that injury is separate from the knee issue he's currently going through. In the two games Nene played between these two injuries, he averaged just 17 minutes and 6.5 points, so you may want to sit him Wednesday, regardless on if he plays or not.
Mon Dec 8 201418:59Nene Hilario: (Knee) Not Playing Monday
Hilario (knee) won't take the court Monday against the Celtics.
Following a five-game absence to tend to plantar fasciitis in his right foot, Hilario played both Friday and Sunday, averaging 6.5 points (on 33 percent shooting), seven rebounds, and one steal in 17 minutes. However, with a third outing in four nights, he'll take a seat, as Kris Humphries mans power forward in the starting five.

Hilario (foot) recorded five points (2-8 FG, 1-4 FT), six rebounds and a block in Sunday's 101-93 loss to the Celtics.
After missing five consecutive games due to plantar fasciitis in his right foot, Nene returned to log 18 and 16 minutes off the bench in a pair of games over the weekend. He's still somewhat limited by the injury, which could be a lingering issue throughout the season. Nene will likely return to the starting lineup at some point, but for now, Kris Humphries figures to stay in the starting five.

Hilario (foot) will be active Friday.
It's still unclear if Hilario will actually take the court, although he was not listed as inactive before the mandated pregame lineup cards were submitted. He's also not listed as a starter, with Kris Humphries getting the nod.

Hilario (foot) will be a game-time decision after participating in pregame moments Friday against the Nuggets.
Hilario came into Friday listed as questionable, although there's a real possibility that he'll be able to play against the Nuggets. If he's ultimately unable to take the court, Kris Humphries will likely get the start.
Thu Dec 4 201413:56Hilario (foot) questionable for Friday's game against Nuggets
Hilario (foot) is questionable for Friday's game against the Nuggets.
Nene said Thursday that his foot is improving, but he's waiting to see how it reacts in 5-on-5 drills. The team is officially calling him day-to-day and questionable for Friday/s contest. The forward has missed five straight games, freeing up additional minutes for Kevin Seraphin, Kris Humphries and Drew Gooden. In Wednesday's win over the Lakers, Humphries drew the start and had six points and 20 rebounds in 30 minutes.
Wed Dec 3 201418:03Nene Hilario: (Foot) Out Wednesday
Hilario (foot) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game.
Despite practicing Tuesday, Nene will have to wait until at least Friday before taking the court again in game action. Look for Kris Humphries, Drew Gooden and Kevin Seraphin to all shoulder the load at the four, making it difficult to find a true beneficiary in daily formats.
Mon Dec 1 201417:48Hilario (foot) will not play Monday against Heat
Hilario (foot) will not play Monday against the Heat, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Nene will sit out a fourth consecutive game as he continues to battle plantar fasciitis. In the short-term, he's essentially going to be considered questionable on a game-to-game basis, so be sure to monitor his status in advance of tip-off Wednesday (Lakers) and Friday (Nuggets).

Hilario (foot) missed the Wizards' shootaround and is considered questionable Monday, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports.
Hilario injured his foot Nov. 22 against the Bucks and hasn't returned to game action since then. The fact that he missed shootaround Monday morning could indicate he's in line to miss the contest against the Heat. If he is unable to go, Kris Humphries will likely start again in his place.
Sat Nov 29 201417:32Nene Hilario: (Foot) Out Saturday
Hilario (foot) will not play Saturday against the Pelicans.
Hilario's absence will leave the Wizards without one of their top big men against a quality Pelicans front line. Kris Humphries will likely get the start in his place again Saturday.
