Fri Aug 20 202114:53Chas McCormick Enjoying Hot Offensive Month
Houston Astros outfielder Chas McCormick continues to enjoy a strong offensive month at the plate heading into the team's weekend series against the Mariners. McCormick will take a seven-game hitting streak into the series and is slashing .333/.377/.474 over his last 57 at-bats. The 26-year-old doesn't bring a lot of power to the table but has hits in 12 of his last 13 games and is hitting an impressive .346 with runners in scoring position through 46 chances.
