Guerrero is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Rockies.

Scott Van Slyke is starting in left field, with Juan Uribe back at the hot corner. Guerrero started five of the previous six games, but even with Yasiel Puig (hamstring) and Carl Crawford (oblique) still sidelined, the Dodgers have a surplus of position players. Given that Puig and Crawford are both expected to miss at least the next few weeks, Guerrero should still find his name in the lineup more often than not.

Guerrero is not in the lineup for Monday's game against the Marlins.

Guerrero started Sunday's game at third base and went 3-for-9 over his last three games, but he will not start Monday night. Guerrero has started games at third base and in left field this season, but Justin Turner and Scott Van Slyke, respectively, will man those positions for the Dodgers on Monday.

Guerrero broke out of his miniature slump Thursday, hitting a homer, drawing a walk and scoring two runs in a win over the Brewers.

He'd been 1-for-14 over his last six games, but Guerrero celebrated his return to the lineup with another strong effort. With the Dodgers' regular outfielders so banged up, it's a wonder that Guerrero isn't getting more playing time, considering the spectacular .342/.395/.868 batting line he's posted so far this year.

Guerrero is back in left field and hitting fifth Thursday against the Brewers.

He has sat in two of the Dodgers' last three games, but will get the nod in the series finale in Milwaukee. With Mike Fiers (4.74 ERA) on the mound Guerrero may look like a solid play in daily leagues, but it is worth noting that he has just one hit in his last 14 at-bats.

Guerrero is out of the lineup Wednesday.

After taking the league by storm with a brief flash of greatness earlier this season, Guerrero has really cooled off, notching just one hit in his last 14 at-bats. Scott Van Slyke will get the start in left field and hit seventh.

Guerrero will start in left field and bat eighth Tuesday against the Brewers.

Many thought Guerrero would be in line for regular playing time with both Yasiel Puig (hamstring) and Carl Crawford (oblique) landing on the DL, but Guerrero and Scott Van Slyke have split duties in left field against right-handers evenly to this point. Guererro is just 1-for-his-last-11, but he's still batting .364/.389/.879 for the season (36 PA).

Guerrero is starting in left field and hitting eighth Friday.

He is hitless in his last two games, but is still hitting .423 on the season and makes for a solid play in daily leagues Friday. While Carl Crawford is out there's a chance Guerrero could be in left field whenever there's a righty on the mound, as Scott Van Slyke figures to get the starts against lefties.

Guerrero will start in left field and bat sixth Tuesday against the Giants, Dylan Hernandez of the Los Angeles Times reports.

The 28-year-old Guerrero will step in for his fifth start of the season and his first in the outfield at the major league level. Although he's logged a mere 24 plate appearances, Guerrero ranks second on the team with five homers and is tied for second in RBI with 13. It seems he may be afforded regular starts now with Carl Crawford headed to the DL with a torn oblique.

Guerrero could be in line to see extra playing time in left field, after Carl Crawford suffered a likely oblique injury during Monday's game against the Giants, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Dodgers manager Don Mattingly said Sunday that Guerrero will get some playing time in left field, and it just so happens that Carl Crawford (oblique) suffered an injury the very next day. With Yasiel Puig (hamstring) already on the disabled list, Guerrero could be poised for something close to an everyday role in the outfield, if Crawford misses an extended period of time.

Manager Don Mattingly indicated after Sunday's game that Guerrero will see some time in left field, Ken Gurnick of MLB.com reports.

Guerrero continues to display a hot stick at the plate, going 2-for-3 with a home run in Sunday's contest and now sitting at .500/.500/1.273 with five home runs and 13 RBI in just 22 at-bats this season. With Juan Uribe and Howie Kendrick both playing pretty well, it's been tough to find a spot for the youngster. However, it looks as though Mattingly will attempt to find extra playing time in the left field moving forward, where he does have small amounts of experience in both the minors and majors.

Guerrero went 2-for-3 with a solo home run against the Giants on Thursday.

Guerrero homered and singled and is now batting .474 (9-for-19) with four home runs and 12 RBI for the Dodgers this season.

Guerrero is in Thursday's lineup against the Giants after hitting yet another two-run pinch-hit home run in Wednesday's loss to the Giants.

He's now batting .438/.412/1.125. Not bad when your slugging percentage is over 1.000. Guerrero may get more starts at third going forward.

Guerrero hit a pinch-hit, two-run homer in the Dodgers' 6-5 win over the Mariners on Tuesday.

The fourth-inning long ball, Guerrero's second in 12 at-bats this season, came against Hisashi Iwakuma and pulled the Dodgers to within one run. Los Angeles would get two in the ninth against closer Fernando Rodney to finish the comeback. Guerrero is making his case for an increased role, but manager Don Mattingly told Bill Shaikin of MLB.com before Tuesday's game that a hot week from Guerrero does not mean Juan Uribe is in jeopardy of losing his starting job at third base.

Guerrero will not start at third base Tuesday against the Mariners, Eric Stephen of True Blue LA reports.

Instead, Juan Uribe (hamstring) will be in there unless Don Mattingly changes his mind while filling out the lineup card today. All Guerrero did in the two games Uribe was out is provide six RBI.

Guerrero went 1-for-4 from the plate Sunday against the Mariners but drove in two runs and only struck out once, his first strikeout of the season.

Guerrero continues to start in place of Juan Uribe (hamstring). In his first three games of the season for the Dodgers, he's recorded four hits, one double and a home run while slugging .727 so far. However, Uribe is considered day-to-day, so Guerrero could lose his starting spot any day now.

Guerrero had a huge day at the plate Sunday in his first career start, going 3-for-5 with a home run, double, and four RBI.

With Juan Uribe nursing a minor hamstring injury, Guerrero probably deserves at least another start, if not more. Guerrero's bat could even find its way into the lineup on a regular basis if the team is comfortable with his glove.

Guerrero will make his first career start Sunday against the Diamonbacks.

Guerrero made two plate appearances Saturday without recording a hit. Juan Uribe left Saturday's game with hamstring tightness and is listed as day-to-day. Justin Turner was diagnosed with left index finger stiffness after getting spiked in his hand and is also listed as day-to-day. Guerrero will likely not remain in the lineup once either Uribe or Turner return from their injuries.

Guerrero has made the club's 25-man roster, though his role remains unclear.

The Dodgers used three pinch-hitters in Monday's opener, but none were named Guerrero. He could see time at second, third, and the outfield, but it will take an injury for him to have much in the way of fantasy value.

Guerrero's path to regular at-bats became even more unclear with Tuesday's signing of Hector Olivera to a $62.5 million contract.

Guerrero is hitting .344 this spring with the Dodgers giving him time at 2B, 3B, SS, and the outfield this spring. Perhaps the organization will clarify Olivera's role in the coming days, but at this point, Guerrero's 2015 value just took a hit.

Guerrero got his first spring start at shortstop on Thursday and his bat stayed hot, as he belted his second spring homer and is now 10-for-25 (.400).

Guerrero has now seen time at 2B, SS, 3B, and LF this spring as the team prepares him for what would appear to be a super-utility role. It's worth noting that most of Guerrero's time has been at the hot corner where presumed starter Juan Uribe is just 3-for-23 this spring.
