Assuming he's soon officially ruled out for Wednesday, the 35-year-old two-time MVP's next chance to return comes during Saturday's showdown with the Los Angeles Lakers. Chris Paul has orchestrated Golden State's offense and enjoyed heightened fantasy value in Curry's stead, starting the past two contests and averaging 14.8 points, 7.3 assists, 5.3 rebounds, 2.0 steals, and 2.2 three-pointers over four appearances without Curry this year.

Boston Celtics guard Jrue Holiday (knee) is listed as questionable ahead of Monday's game against the Portland Trail Blazers. This is bad timing for the Celtics with multiple guards all on the injury report together. Holiday is joined by Derrick White (hand) and Jaylen Brown (groin) as questionable for Monday. Phoenix Suns guard/forward Eric Gordon (knee) won't play on Monday versus the Cavaliers. The veteran sniper hurt his left knee on Saturday against Boston and will need some time to heal. He's gone through a very rough three-game stretch, so having some time off might actually do good for Gordon, who went scoreless in 29 minutes against the Celtics and has made only three of his last 17 shot attempts. Gordon's exit from the lineup will coincide with the likely return of Devin Booker (ankle), who will grab his minutes and then some.

Los Angeles Clippers guard James Harden (shoulder) will play on Sunday versus the Bucks. The 34-year-old has been burdened by a strained shoulder, although he's managed to suit up despite carrying injury designations. Harden had 14 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists in Saturday's win over the Chicago Bulls. Although his days as a consistent triple-double threat are over, he could have another strong fantasy showing on Sunday, considering Paul George (knee) and Kawhi Leonard (groin) aren't available.

Los Angeles Clippers guard James Harden (shoulder) will play on Saturday versus Chicago. He carried a questionable designation heading into this one because of a strained left shoulder. But the injury won't be enough to keep him out of the lineup versus the Bulls. The 34-year-old has averaged 17.7 points, 8.3 assists, and 5.1 boards this season, down from the 2022-23 campaign. However, he's still a reliable fantasy option, even though his MVP days are over. Fantasy managers need to make sure he's in their fantasy lineups. Yet, DFS participants should think twice, especially since the Clippers' starting unit could see fewer minutes than usual in preparation for Sunday's matchup with the Milwaukee Bucks.

The veteran superstar exited the last game against Sacramento early due to a lingering left ankle problem, and he will get some rest on Friday. James has played through the ailment for quite a while, so he should make a quick return to the lineup. Taurean Prince has started the two most recent games James has missed. His absence should provide a big boost to the usage of Anthony Davis and D'Angelo Russell. In seven games without James this season, Davis has taken his scoring average to 29.0 points, while Russell has posted 18.9 points and 6.5 assists without James.

Philadelphia 76ers forward Nicolas Batum (foot) is uncertain to suit up for Friday's game against the visiting Pelicans. The 35-year-old has been heavily involved of late, logging 30 minutes in four games in March. But he's dealing with foot soreness, and considering his history, fantasy managers should begin planning accordingly. If Batum is ruled out, Kenyon Martin Jr. might see more action. However, he'd be a risky option in any fantasy format.

In the meantime, Chris Paul should see a big boost in playing time while Jonathan Kuminga, Brandin Podziemski, and Andrew Wiggins will all take on some more opportunities as well.

Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry (ankle) was forced to exit their Thursday night game against the Chicago Bulls after seemingly spraining his ankle with 3:51 left in the fourth quarter. As he was driving to the hoop while being guarded by Alex Caruso, he planted and rolled his ankle in the paint. This was the first time the Warriors had a fully healthy roster since November after they got Andrew Wiggins back, but now it's unclear if Curry will need to miss some time. The official reports should come out soon after the team does some X-rays and an MRI, but if he does end up missing at least a game, Chris Paul should move into the starting five. Brandin Podziemski would also be an intriguing streaming option.

Houston Rockets forward Jeff Green (knee) is in danger of missing his second consecutive game since he's listed as questionable with knee pain. The veteran forward has only been a streaming option this year as his minutes would go up once the Rockets started suffering more injuries. As long as the main rotation is healthy, Green hasn't received enough opportunities to make him a quality fantasy play. If he's unable to play, Jabari Smith Jr. and Cam Whitmore should both get a slight boost in minutes while Jae'Sean Tate could see some more opportunities off of the bench.

Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (ankle) has been tagged as questionable for Friday's game against the Milwaukee Bucks. He continues to suffer from peroneal tendinopathy in his left ankle which knocked him out of a few games in mid-February. The trend seems to be receiving a questionable tag to start out, then he and the team decide after shootaround and warming up if he'll play or not. Fantasy managers with James on their team are used to this song and dance by now, so they'll have to wait until closer to game time to check his status. If he's unable to play, potential streaming options would include Rui Hachimura and Spencer Dinwiddie.

Detroit Pistons forward/center Taj Gibson is available to make his team debut on Thursday versus Brooklyn. The veteran signed a 10-day contract with the Pistons earlier in the week. Gibson finds himself on his seventh team in the NBA. He's had 16 games with the Knicks this season, posting 1.0 points and 1.8 rebounds in 10.3 minutes. The 38-year-old likely won't feature much for Detroit either, serving as a backup for a young frontcourt of Isaiah Stewart, Jalen Duren, and James Wiseman.

Philadelphia 76ers guard Tyrese Maxey (concussion) won't play in Friday's tilt versus the New Orleans Pelicans, but guard Kyle Lowry (rest) will be available. After taking a hit to the head in Sunday's win over the Dallas Mavericks, Maxey remains in concussion protocol and will miss a third consecutive game. The All-Star guard's next chance to suit up arrives in Sunday's contest against the New York Knicks. Lowry is off the injury report after resting Wednesday, however, and his fantasy value is closely associated to Maxey's availability. Cameron Payne gave Philly some decent run in Wednesday's spot start in the loss to the Memphis Grizzlies, scoring 16 points with four assists, two threes, and one steal in 28 minutes, but he'll presumably head back to the second unit with Lowry back against the Pels. Lowry is averaging 12.7 points, 7.3 dimes, 4.0 rebounds, and 2.7 treys over his past three starts for the Sixers.

Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James missed the end of Wednesday's matchup against Sacramento due to his lingering left ankle injury. James exited the contest and limped to the locker room with 3:58 left to play in the fourth quarter. The Lakers were tailing 122-108 at the time, which could've played a big part in James' decision to leave. He was playing outstanding basketball before the exit and finished a 130-120 loss with a team-high 31 points, five rebounds, and 13 assists. James, who logged 36 minutes in the contest, admitted postgame that he didn't feel the injury at all before the fourth quarter began while noting he was completely pain-free in Monday's matchup against Oklahoma City. James has been a regular on the injury report but has played in seven consecutive games. However, fantasy managers need to monitor his status very closely, as James' body seemingly told him Wednesday to take some time off to rest. The Lakers return to action on Friday versus Milwaukee.
