Jonas Jerebko (Achilles) said he expects to be at full strength in about a month.
By all accounts, Jerebko's season-ending injury may actually turn out to be a good thing. He put on 20 pounds of muscle and says he is going to be more explosive than before. After sticking with him throughout the rehab process, the Pistons figure to retain the impending restricted free agent.

Thu Apr 21 201111:02Jerebko put on 20 pounds of muscle
Jonas Jerebko added around 20 pounds of muscle while he was sidelined this season.
Jerebko missed the entire season after partially rupturing his Achilles in the preseason. He was close to returning at the end of the year, so we suspect he'll be a full go for next year's training camp. Note that Jerebko started 73 games in 2009-10, averaging 9.6 points, 6.2 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 0.5 treys per game. Depending on the Pistons' offseason moves, Jerebko could emerge as a deep sleeper.

Jonas Jerebko is not expected to play this season.
He ruptured his achilles tendon and missed the whole year. If he was going to play, it would just mean more rotation roulette for John Kuester and his merry band of Pistons.

Jonas Jerebko (Achilles) was spotted doing intense drills on Wednesday.
Jerebko is still trying to make it back this season after his devastating partial Achilles tear. With just 17 games left, however, time is running out. Considering the severity of this injury, he's probably better off just waiting until the 2011-12 season kicks off.
