Pierce carried twice for six yards in Sunday's loss to Tampa Bay.

The news here is that T.J. Yeldon left Sunday's game with a groin injury, and if he ends up missing any time, Pierce could be thrust into action. With Denard Robinson (knee) still banged up, a Yeldon absence would likely result in Pierce and Toby Gerhart handling the bulk of the rushing workload in what has not been a productive ground attack this season.

Walters caught four passes for 64 yards in Sunday's loss to the Buccaneers.

With Marqise Lee (hamstring) and Rashad Greene (thumb) out, Walters saw increased action and took advantage, notching season highs in catches, targets and yards. Given the talent ahead of him on the depth chart, Walters is a poor week-to-week option, but if the Jaguars sustain another injury to their receiving corps, he could have some value.

Smith signed with the Bears on Monday.

Smith's signing in Chicago comes in wake of Jacquizz Rodgers suffering a fractured arm during Sunday's game against the Chiefs. After an explosive start to last season, Smith suffered a broken leg of his own and was released with an injury settlement from the Falcons ahead of the current campaign. Now, Smith will have an opportunity to earn touches as a reserve runner in the Bears' backfield for the remainder of this season.

Rodgers has been placed on the Bears' injured reserve list after suffering a fractured arm in Sunday's game against the Chiefs.

Rodgers' broken right arm will end his season after just five games and likely result in rookie Jeremy Langford seeing even more snaps behind starter Matt Forte at running back. While Ka'Deem is in the mix as well, Chicago also signed free agent Antone Smith on Monday to replace Rodgers going forward.

Hankerson exited the first half of Sunday's game due to a rib injury, but returned in the second half and finished with one catch (on four targets) for 13 yards against the Redskins.

Hankerson's lackluster production reflected his missed time during Sunday's game, but fortunately his rib ailment doesn't seem like it'll impact him moving forward. Nonetheless, his practice involvement this week may be worth a peek, as the Falcons' next game is already on Thursday against the Saints.

Freeney will sign a one-year contract with the Cardinals, NFL.com reports.

Freeney played 16 games for the Chargers last season, compiling 10 tackles and 3.5 sacks in a reduced role. However, at 35 years old, Freeney's 111.5 career sacks rank among the active leaders in the league, and he's familiar with Cardinals coach Bruce Arians from their days with the Colts. While Freeney will likely occupy a specialist role, his presence could bolster an Arizona defense that has forced 13 turnovers already this season.

Grimes (hamstring) returned to practice Monday, ESPN.com reports.

Grimes was inactive for Thursday night's game against the Colts, but apparently used the weekend to improve his knee injury. With Alfred Blue (toe) banged-up, Grimes could gain extra practice reps this week in advance of Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Wallace did not practice Monday, but it's unclear why that was the case, 1500 ESPN Twin Cities reports.

Wallace has now missed two practices open to the media since Minnesota's Week 4 loss to the Broncos. In that game, Wallace played virtually every offensive snap for the Vikings, so it's unclear why he's been sidelined recently. Expect clarification on Wallace's situation to surface as this week unfolds.

Olawale rushed for 13 yards on six carries in Sunday's loss to Denver.

Olawale received the second-most carries on the team behind Latavius Murray on Sunday and he seems to be back to 100-percent after an ankle injury plagued him a few weeks ago. Olawale won't hold a ton fantasy value moving forward, unless the Raiders were to experience numerous injuries in the backfield.

Whitner posted nine tackles (five solo) and one pass defensed in Sunday's victory over the Ravens.

Whitner remains a highly productive IDP option in leagues that require starting defensive backs, as the 30-year-old has collected five or more tackles in each game this season. He remains in search of his first turnover, however.

Dansby led the Browns with 10 combined tackles (three solo) in Sunday's victory over the Ravens.

Dansby's first double-digit tackle total of the season propelled him to the team lead (40 combined tackles), slightly edging out Donte Whitner. That being said, Dansby has yet to collect a sack or turnover this season, leaving many IDP owners with much to be desired.

Hasselbeck (illness) was a full participant in Monday's practice.

Hasselbeck battled through a bacterial infection to lead the Colts to a Week 5 victory in the absence of starting quarterback Andrew Luck (shoulder). Although Hasselbeck's illness has since passed, Luck was also a full participant in Monday's practice, likely indicating he's ready to return to the lineup and thus relegate Hasselbeck to his usual backup position for this Sunday's game against the Patriots.

Crosby made a 35-yard field goal and three extra points in the Packers' victory over the Rams on Sunday.

The Packers offense managed just two touchdowns and a field goal Sunday, which resulted in a quiet day for Crosby. He is 11th in the league with 39 points, but he has been limited to just one made field goal in four of the Packers' five games.

Grimes (knee) is not participating in Monday's practice, The Miami Herald reports.

Grimes sprained his MCL during the Dolphins' Week 4 game in London, but fortunately had the team's subsequent bye week to get treatment and rest the injury. Nonetheless, as Miami returns to practice Monday, Grimes remains sidelined, making his status one to monitor as this Sunday's matchup against the Titans approaches.

Hawkins hauled in seven of his nine targets for 49 yards in Sunday's victory over the Ravens.

Hawkins saw a season-best in yards, targets and receptions, but that didn't necessarily mean an above-average fantasy output. Gary Barnidge and Travis Benjamin made most of the noise in the passing game for Cleveland, and even Taylor Gabriel accrued more receiving yards in the outing. Although Hawkins is a viable bench option in deeper PPR formats due to his consistent looks, fantasy owners have learned by now to temper their expectations.

Peppers recorded two tackles (both solo), a sack, and a forced fumble in Sunday's victory over the Rams.

Peppers has just 14 (10 solo) tackles so far this year, but he has recorded at least one sack in four of the Packers' five games and has a total of 4.5 on the season.

Tate has a workout scheduled with the Chiefs on Tuesday, The Kansas City Star reports.

Tate's workout comes in wake of Jamaal Charles' torn ACL suffered Sunday, leaving the Chiefs' running back corp in need of help. After spending the first three years of his career with the Texans, Tate played for the Browns, Vikings and Steelers over the course of last season, including the playoffs. While he obviously was unable to stick with any of those organizations, Tate's experience makes him a veteran worth consideration from the Chiefs, explaining Tuesday's workout.

Succop went 2-for-2 on field goal attempts and made his lone extra point Sunday against the Bills.

The 29-year-old kicker connected from 21 yards out and again later from 41. He's yet to miss in 2015, hitting all four of his field goal attempts and making all 12 extra points through four weeks.

Matthews (quad) had five tackles (three solo) and 1.5 sacks in Sunday's victory over the Rams.

Matthews was slowed some at practice last week by a sore quad, but the setback did not prevent him from taking down the opposing quarterback in the backfield for the third week in a row. Matthews has just 19 tackles (15 solo) this season, but he does have 4.5 sacks -- all coming in the last three games.

Raji exited Sunday's game with a groin injury, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

The extent of Raji's injury is uncertain, but he was able to remain on the sideline after leaving the game. Even if Raji's injury is minor, the Packers may opt to hold him out of the next game against the Chargers with the team on bye in Week 7.
